Flight Explorer Select Edition provides an easy-to-use, powerful and focused view of the air traffic picture most valuable to the customer. The latest enhancement allows customers to view all arriving and departing flights at three airports of the customers' choosing. The previous version - launched in June 2002 -- allowed air traffic at only a single airport to be displayed. Fixed-base operators (FBOs), one of the key segments attracted to the product, often need to see the air traffic at neighboring airports. This prompted the enhancement. FBOs are companies that perform corporate/private aircraft servicing and ground handling services at airports for scheduled, non-scheduled and chartered airlines.
