2013 Annual FAA MOA Audit
Based on the FAAs guidelines to better protect the Aircraft Situation Display to Industry (ASDI) data feed from potential security problems, the FAA requires all Class One subscribers to undergo an annual audit. This is done to ensure that all Class One subscribers treat the undelayed ASDI data with proper care. As a Flight Explorer subscriber who receives undelayed flight data in display-only format, you are required to:
- Sign the attached Memorandum of Agreement(MOA) click here
- Perform a Minimal FAA Audit each year with the attached checklist click here
The MOA must be signed and the Minimal FAA Audit, a self-audit checklist must be completed and notarized.
If you find that you are not in compliance with one or more of these audit requirements please achieve compliance prior to completing the audit. If you do not wish to complete the audit or fail to return the required paperwork, your Flight Explorer account will be converted to the Class Two delayed data feed on March 6, 2013.
Please return completed paperwork by February 27, 2013 to:
